Omolara is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Master of Science degree holder in Corporate Governance with over 22 years working experience. For 5 years, she participated in and led audits in the financial, construction, hotel, medical, manufacturing and government sectors. She has garnered 6 years working experience in the banking industry as a team member of the operations, relationship management and commercial and consumer banking groups. Omolara is renowned for her ability to reduce cost, adhere to policies and procedure, attention to detail and uncompromising integrity. She has over ten years’ Board experience having served as an active member on the Board of renowned institutions.

Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Dare is an entrepreneur and a seasoned professional with expertise in Business Development, Portfolio Management, Islamic Finance and Strategy. He has played an instrumental role in attracting capital at various levels to Nigeria. His career spans through Insurance, Islamic Finance, Investment Banking, Commodities Trading and Management Consultancy. He is also the co-founder of Kord Capital Limited, an Islamic Finance Advisory firm and Prime Grade Consult Ltd. He graduated from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University. He is also a Fellow of the Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers of Nigeria (IAPM) and a Member of the Chartered Institute Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN).
NASSAR AKEEMAT
Non-Executive Director
Akeemat is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer registered as a Compliance Officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Her areas of specialization are in Corporate and Legal Commercial Transactions, Trusteeship, Real Estate, Mediation and Secretarial Duties. Her career as grown as an Associate Counsel with Bolaji Ayorinde & Co. to Company Secretary for Sterling Asset Management Trustee Ltd and PAC Registrar Ltd. She is a graduate of Queen Mary University, United Kingdom (LLM) and Obafemi Awolowo University Nigeria (LLB). A member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
USOH ADAEZE
Co-Founder/ Financial Advisory Consultant
Adaeze has over a decade of experience in global finance and investment services. She started her career at Willis Towers Watson (legacy Watson Wyatt), UK, as an Investment Analyst for defined contribution pension schemes. She has also worked at Cordros Capital and Asset Management, Nigeria, as a Fixed Income Specialist and product Manager respectively. She also worked as Vice-President at Convergent Advisors, Nigeria, in the investment management and advisory. She holds a B.Sc. in Applied Business Management from Imperial College London, where she graduated at the top of her class. She also holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London.
AROKODARE OLUMIDE
Financial Analyst Consultant
Olumide is a seasoned finance and investment professional with 15 years experience in Issuing House, Stockbroking firm, amongst other financial services firms and has provided critical support for businesses across various sectors. He is an Economics graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, a Senior Associate; Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and an Affiliate Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). His core competencies are Strategic and Risk Advisory, Business Development, Turnaround Management, Financial Planning and Modelling. He also consults for various Advisory firms locally and internationally including Green Advisors Limited and is currently the Managing Director of Adjuvante Advisory Capital Limited.
